Studies prove… Keep up the exercise!

It is a proven fact that exercise stimulates brain cell growth, and improves memory and mood.  Two recent studies have shown that once exercise is stopped, those improvements are quickly lost - just like muscle when strength training is ended.  So keep up the exercise...
